Thank you for purchase from Toolflex USA. We want to make your entire Toolflex journey is favorable experience whether shopping on our website, processing your order, or simply storing or organizing your favorite items on your new Toolflex product. Outlined below are answers to common questions as it relates to shipping.
How long does it take to process my Toolflex order?
As soon as you place your Toolflex order, our fulfillment center will process and prepare your order for shipment typicall within 2 business days (excludes weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders received after 2:00 CST are acknowledged the next business day.
Is free shipping an option?
Toolflex USA may extend promotional offers with free ground shipping for product orders over a certain amount. Please check back regularly for specials and promotions.
How much does shipping cost and when will I receive my Toolflex order?
Upon checkout, you will be presented with several shipping options from either USPS or UPS. DHL may also be an option for international. Each shipping option has different delivery timeframes and shipping costs depending on your location. Listed below are our preferred shipping partners and the typical business days for delivery once your order has been processed.
- USPS Parcel Select Ground (5-10 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (2 business days)
- UPS Ground (2 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)
Can Toolflex ship to my location?
We ship to anywhere within the United States and a select number of international destinations. If your country is not an option during the checkout process, please contact Chuck Goetz, President, Toolflex USA, authorized North American master distributor, at chuck.goetz@toolflex.us or call 1.952.237.6926. We can arrange to ship from the United States or refer you to an authorized distribution partner outside of the United States.
How will I know when my Toolflex order has shipped?
Once you Toolflex order has successfully been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with order details, including shipping and tracking information. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter. If for any reason you need help with your order or would like to make a change, please email chuck.goetz@toolflex.us.
Where does Toolflex ship from?
All orders ship from our Toolflex USA’s authorized fulfillment partner located at 1005 N. Commons Drive, Aurora, Illinois 60504. Toolflex is not yet offered in the big box retail stores nor do we have a bricks-and-mortar presence in the United States (yet). Are delays possible?
In today’s world, it's possible orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Any delays will be communicated immediately via email.
