To ensure proper handling, all returns must be reviewed and approved by our team.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

If you need a replacement, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order once approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
